Metabo??s 2nd generation BRUSHLESS Motor technology pushes true 1,100 Watt/11.0Ah corded power equivalent with a speed range of 2,800 ?C 10,000 RPM. In addition, it runs cooler and maximizes the energy transfer from the battery to the spindle, creating highest efficiency for extended run time, and maximum continuous power and productivity. The grinder??s safety is enhanced by the patented Metabo S-Automatic safety slip clutch and electronic safety shut down, reducing the likelihood of kickback, immediately stopping the tool, and therefore helping the user maintain control if the accessory jams. The ergonomic non-locking paddle switch is designed to reduce fatigue and de-energize the motor immediately upon release, activating the electronic Metabo Brake System and stops the wheel in a matter of seconds.
