The 54HH Jointer, 1HP 1Ph 115/230V, from Powermatic, helps you create sharp, square edges on the corners of your board for greater consistency. It has a 1hp motor that runs the helical cutterhead at a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm for faster task completion. This Powermatic 6-inch jointer has 66-inch long adjustable tables on both the infeed and outfeed to help balance larger pieces. The fence tilts in two directions so you can make 90-degree or beveled cuts. Center-mounted controls make it easy to activate or adjust the Powermatic jointer??s settings quickly and easily. A helical cutterhead with carbide inserts powers through tough material to make smoother boards out of rough stock.
